Shun Knives

Tojiro produces high quality knives at reasonable prices. We have selected a range of DP3 and Hammered finish knives that would make the ideal starting set of knives, or ideal to complement a collection of existing western style - to get that amazing precision and edge sharpness retention that japanese knives offer.

Established in Melbourne in early 2020, Knife Life has been providing kitchen knife sharpening services to customers who value their high performance cooking tools. Using traditional sharpening methods, blades are coaxed gently by hand on whetstones, always respecting each blade's unique properties and the knife maker's intent. Combining this art with science has consistently produced unparalleled sharpness.
